I want to share with you how nature can help you heal. As I've shared before, being in nature is one of my favorite things to do. To me, nature is a portal of healing and I instantly feel the energy. Just the sight of what God has created is healing in itself. I want to share with you some practical things you can do to heal yourself with nature as your guide.
Here are a few practical steps that nature can help you heal thy self.
EARTHING/GROUNDING
The ancient technique of earthing is a concept to help you literally connect back to the earth. This is activated by connecting barefooted with Mother nature. Grounding can take place in grass, dirt, sand., etc. For a lot of people, we spend most of the day with no connection with the earth. Shoes are worn most of the time and a lot of time is spent traveling. Take some time to get grounded with the earth even if it's just for 15 minutes.
TREE HUGGING
Hugging trees are very helpful to help you ground or release. I often think about the given tree when I do this activity. Think about the amount of strength a tree has to endure through many storms. You can do it too. Place your arms around or hands on the tree as you take deep cleansing breaths. I love to connect this technique with an affirmation. 'I release anything thing that doesn't serve me and I ask that it be taken into this tree and transmuted into something. beautiful.'
CRYSTALS
Crystals are tools gifted to us to help us heal. Black stones such as onyx, shungite, hematite, black tourmaline are great pieces have around for balance especially in this technology-centered world. Amythest is my favorite crystal which is a general stone for healing.
You can also meditate with the crystal and cleanse your aura with it.
In all actuality, you-yourself is a crystal too, so you have the same abilities and qualities. ;-)
