Detoxing my mind, body, and spirit through a variety of activities has supported me in releasing these internal conflicts. Some of my favorite activities to implement is hula-healing (hula hooping), affirmations, yoga, liquid fast, brain dump, grounding, there's a BUSLOAD of things you can do!!
