Be your HealTHY self through Journaling

I absolutely love to journal and I want to share with you how journaling can help you be your HealTHY self.



I often designate them for specific things. Personal and professional development, affirmations, Rewriting old stories, and divine messages from the spirit world. Daily success list. Reading old entries helps to bring healing to me because I'm able to witness the growth that has occurred.


Writing and as well as speaking have been with us from the beginning of time. This bible verse always comes to mind when I think about journaling. Habakkuk 2:2 And the LORD answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.


So Warrior, write that thang out!!


I would love to share a journaling prompt with you. (you will need paper, pen, pencil -or a different colored pen). Think about times in your life that were meant to break you. Guess what Warrior...you didn't break because you're still here. You've just only been bent just a little.


In PENCIL, write down the life situations that caused you to bend just a little bit.


In PEN, write down the reasons why those life situations didn't cause you to break (you can choose to write it in the form of I AM statements).


Now, read over your list in pencil one more time. With your eyes closed, Take 3 DEEP cleansing breaths.


Open your eyes and face what NO LONGER serves you.


ERASE, what you have written in pencil -if you used a pen, scratch it out until you can no longer read it.


This journaling prompt symbolizes release, freedom, new beginning.
