By using this website and/or purchasing a ticket to Hula N' Tampa: The Full Circle Reset, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Waiver outlined below.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All retreat payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your retreat reservation to another participant with prior written approval from Souldivine Wellness, LLC.

Any approved ticket transfer may be subject to a $100 administrative fee.

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Waiver & Release of Liability

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary. We recommend consulting with your physician before participating in any physical activity.

By attending Hula N' Tampa, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in hula hoop sessions, movement classes, workshops, beach activities, excursions, and wellness experiences is at your own risk.

• You assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and personal belongings throughout the retreat.

• Souldivine Wellness, LLC, Lauren Porchia, retreat facilitators, instructors, partners, and staff are not responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.

• You voluntarily release and discharge Souldivine Wellness, LLC and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation.

Photo & Media Release

By attending Hula N' Tampa, you grant Souldivine Wellness, LLC permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos captured during retreat activities for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
