Refund & Transfer Policy (Plain Language)

Retreat tickets, including deposits, are 100% non-refundable.
Tickets are transferable (you may resell your ticket to another participant) with prior written approval from Souldivine Wellness, LLC.
A USD $100 administrative fee applies to affirm payments.
Use of this site and purchase of a ticket constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Waiver & Release of Liability

As physical movement and travel may involve risks, we strongly recommend obtaining a physical examination from your doctor before participating in retreat activities.

By attending the retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation in physical activities (including but not limited to hula hooping, movement sessions, excursions, and workshops) is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
You assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, accident, or death that may occur during the retreat.
You are responsible for your personal health, safety, and belongings.
Souldivine Wellness, LLC, its founder Lauren Porchia, retreat facilitators, and staff are not liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, property loss, or damages that may arise from participation.

By purchasing a ticket, you expressly release and discharge Souldivine Wellness, LLC and all retreat instructors/facilitators from any and all claims or causes of action and waive any right to pursue legal action for personal injury, illness, or property damage.

Photo & Media Release

By attending the retreat, you grant Souldivine Wellness, LLC permission to photograph and/or record you during retreat activities. These photos and videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
