I knew I had to change something or life could've ended up worse for me. I  started with yoga and it helped me to pull myself out of that dark space. From that point, I was introduced to many holistic wellness therapies that helped me to transform into the woman I am today. I love to support busy women that are seeking to implement simple & effective ways to balance life and work. I am so excited to share with you during this retreat.
