Hula Hooping as simple as 1, 2, 3!

I'm going to try not to get too long-winded about this one right here! lol

Ok, so I've mentioned before how #hulahooping literally saved my life in 2019. My life force was literally being drained out of me because of my current circumstances until I decided to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I invested in my self-healing and joined a hula hoop course. From Day 1, I literally was stiff and unsure of myself. Then something magical happened: I literally bumped the wall with my hula hoop and I just started dancing out of nowhere!! Oh, here's the proof.

You just witnessed Day 1 of my self-healing journey through hula hooping. I began to dance with the hula hoop every single day. I made sure to set aside at least time to dance to one song a day no matter what I had going on. Almost 3 years later and I am totally different person. I found my freedom. Hula hooping helped me to:

& so much more!
