Welcome to the Hula Healing Journey!!
In this virtual journey you will be guided through an experience focused on self love, healing, and cultivating more of YOU. Each day you will receive simple mind-body-spirit activities and be encouraged to hula hoop to one song a day. You will receive #hulahealdance tips to support you in your journey as you begin to find your flow. No hula hoop experience is necessary or required!
This journey is not about who can hula hoop the best, but about learning and embracing you. Often times we get so busy with personal and business affairs that we don't spend enough time loving on ourselves. It will help you to create daily habit of self care even if it's only for 15 minutes out of…
